For this sandwich I chose to use Ciabatta bread, I just find that it accommodates any flavor and texture that I’m looking for!
Split the bread and add thinly sliced layers of apple (your favorite variety) and Brie cheese!!
Carefully dip the assembled sammy into a (french toast style) egg wash, and grill on a grill pan until it is melty on the inside and crispy on the outside. If the bread toasts up before the cheese is melty enough for you, just cover with some foil for the last few minutes on the grill pan!
~Serve with a side of honey “au jus” for your corner dipping pleasure!
