Ok..this is so embarrassing,  but I confess that I totally cheated here, and you’re about to see why..

To make this impressive looking, and decadent dessert, here is what I did:
I opened a box of  Instant Vanilla Jell-O Pudding, followed the directions, and poured it into some adorable,  hollowed out baby pumpkins..drizzled some caramel sauce (ice cream topping) over the top and chilled it!  See..I cheated!

However, I’m not here to corrupt anyone!!  If guilt tends to get the best of you, by all means, follow the much more involved, authentic “Vanilla Creme Caramel” recipe that is readily available all over google, but I can promise..the only difference will be the mess in your kitchen!  😉
