?

The “after” shot..ready for hungry hands!

?If your family usually uses their hands when they talk, this bread will insure a very quiet dinner..lol! :)

Get your family & guests involved in the serving process, and take a break at the table while everyone helps themselves to the bread!
This is such an easy and fun way to jazz up a typical Italian supper, and so simple!?
??

What you will need:
One round bakery bread loaf..Sourdough works the best, but regular will do.
Supplies!

?

3 garlic cloves-chopped
1 Cup of Sun dried Tomatoes-chopped
1 Small can of sliced black olives
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup of Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
1 Tsp. Chopped Fresh Rosemary
A sprinkle of Oregano??
Olive oil for drizzling, S&P
Directions:?
Mmm..Gooey Cheesy Goodness!

?

Score the round bread loaf in a cross hatch pattern by slicing into the bread just a couple of inches, in one direction..turning it and then slicing it in the opposite direction, making diamond shaped sections!
DO NOT CUT THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE BREAD!
?
The “before” shot..all ready for the oven!

? Gently spread the sections apart (show it who’s boss)..and drizzle the creamy Italian dressing down into the sections, then fill each space with the garlic, tomatoes, herbs, olives and cheese.  Put the garlic in first so it’s protected from the heat and doesn’t burn in the oven.?

Stuff with the cheese, making sure not to leave any crevice inside or out untouched!

??

After you’ve stuffed the whole loaf, drizzle the top with some Olive Oil (see pic) ——>
Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes, or until it’s golden and the cheese is melted!

????

This is such a beauty when it’s done..set it down in the center of your dinner table, wait for the Ooo’s and Ahhh’s and let everyone help themselves to a unique and yummy way to serve bread!

Make it a lite meal by serving some Marinara for dipping! ~Enjoy!

*HINT* You can apply this method to any variety of flavors that you like!
Pesto would be great, or even a dessert version with chocolate, caramel and nuts!  :)
