This isn’t your mom’s 1970′s cheese log!! This is a crunchy, creamy, bacon studded ball of deliciousness, that’s filled with crushed Ritz crackers! This ball a necessity for watching the next football game..and it makes a ton! All you’ll hear from people is “Mmm..what’s in this?” “Mmm..where did you buy this?” “Mmm..can you give me the recipe?” Just be prepared!
You can get about 3 large baseball sized balls out of this recipe..or one GIANT ball! Either way, there won’t be any left!
What you’ll need:
1 lb bacon (crispy & crumbled into med. pieces)
1-12oz pkg. of cream cheese (softened)
1 packet of dry Ranch powder mix
1/2 cup Mayo (oops..not shown)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
Directions:
Combine all of the above ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE CRUMBLED CRISPY BACON
Form mixture into a ball (will make about 3 baseball sized balls)
Stud the ball with LOTS of the crumbled bacon..sticking some bacon shards throughout the cheese ball giving it a studded look!
Refrigerate before serving!!
Serve with crackers and/or veggies!
~Enjoy!!
*HINT* If by some strange miracle chance you end up with some left over ball..use it as a filling for some jalapeno poppers~ just slice in half and core the jalapenos, fill with some bacon cheese ball, bake ‘em..BOOM, new snack! :)

That sounds sinful and delicious
One order for me, please!
