~Hot Fudge Cake!

Start saving your calories now, because if you’re a chocolate lover, this is a must make!!  My life changed when I discovered that you can bake any cake mix with just something wet mixed into it!  It’s probably a blessing that I didn’t discover that sooner, or I’d be blogging from my custom XXL bed, while waiting for a forklift to unwedge me..LOL!

This over the top dessert is a cross between brownie batter, fudge, and the most moist cake you can imagine! It’s basically Hot Fudge Sauce turned into cake, so it’s a little more socially acceptable than just eating a jar of the fudge sauce..right?!  Top it with some ice cream and your mouth won’t  know what hit it!  If you’re not going go make this right now..it definitely deserves to be on your bucket list..lol!  :)

What you’ll need for 4-6 servings:

1 jar of Fudge Topping (Two jars per one box of cake mix would have been better, next time I will use 2)

1 box of Devils Food Cake mix

1 egg

Mason Jars, 1 per each serving

Ice cream for the topping..optional, but highly suggested! :)

Directions..Dangerously simple!

In a medium bowl add the cake mix

Stir in the almost the entire jar of Fudge Sauce..leaving about 2 teaspoons left in there

Stir in the egg

You need to work this batter like a dough..if you’re lucky, you will burn off enough calories blending it to enjoy a nice serving!  ;)

Fill the Mason jars about 1/4 of the way up, (other baking dishes will work just fine too)

Layer & swirl in a few small dollops of what’s left in the fudge sauce jar just to moisten it up

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, these should be very gooey and batter-like!

Top with more fudge your favorite toppings, and serve warm!  YAY,  you can eat that jar of fudge sauce and not feel bad, why? …because now it’s cake..lol!  ~Enjoy!  :)

I just started losing weight. Now I’m going to have to start all over again cause this is going to make me gain like 100 pounds.. Not cause it has that many calories but because I’m going to have to make like 15 of them and eat them all.

    Great recipe ;)
