How great is anything Red Velvet?!  It’s awesome at anytime of the year, but it’s especially perfect for the holidays!  Not only is it unique and delicious…it’s beautiful and festive as well.  What a fun gift too!  🙂

I mean, what’s better than Red Chocolate?  Not much, that’s for sure, especially when it’s Fudge!

This Red Velvet Fudge was inspired by my Cinnamon Roll Fudge and will make anyone you share it with super happy!! 🙂

Milky Chocolate Fudge, swirled with decadent Red Velvet Cake Batter, and topped with Chocolate Chips and a naughty drizzle of Fudge!  The cake batter adds such a creamy and unique little twist to this fudge.

~Yeah..crazy, I know, but it’s the holidays, SOoo…GO FOR IT!  🙂

What you’ll need for the easiest fudge EVER:

1 Bag of White Chocolate Chips

1-16oz. container of Cream Cheese Frosting

2 tbsp. UNSWEETENED Cocoa Powder

1 Cup Red Velvet Cake Mix

1 cup of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips for sprinkling

A little bit of Chocolate Fudge Sauce for drizzling..optional!

1/3 cup water

Directions:

In a double boiler, melt the White Chips, the Frosting and the Cocoa Powder together, stirring until smooth…

In a medium bowl, mix the Red Velvet Cake Mix and the water until all the lumps are gone and it’s smooth , thick and spreadable.  Adjust the water accordingly…

Pour the melted Fudge into a shallow pan and smooth it out…

Swirl in the Red Velvet Cake Batter with a long stick..or a fork…

While it’s still warm, sprinkle the top evenly with Chocolate Chips…

Let it set up in the fridge for at least an hour, be patient.  Then cut that baby up into lady-like pieces…

Pour a drizzle of Chocolate Fudge on top, just to be a little naughty…

Serve it up, and leave some for Santa …for extra presents…I mean, because you love him!  😉

Get some for you and do what comes naturally!  ~Enjoy!  🙂
