I know you’ll all be surprised, but here’s a Pumpkin recipe!  Isn’t it shocking?  🙂

I just had to take this Pumpkin obsession to another level, like a 2nd level!!  I simply don’t seeing the same Pumpkiny things all over the internet, and ..because if one Pumpkin Pie is good, two Pumpkin Pies are even better~ Right??!  🙂

Especially when those two Pumpkin Pies are layered with, …and dripping in, Bourbon Caramel and crunchy Pecans.  NOW, we can enjoy a unique Pumpkin dessert that will have everyone saying “Is that two Pumpkin Pies”…LOL!  Yep, everyone who saw this asked that very same question, almost in disbelief..haha!  My job was done! 🙂

What you’ll need:

2 Pumpkin Pies..either store bought or homemade.  (Guess which I chose?) 🙂

2-14 oz. jars of Caramel Topping/Sauce

1 cup Whole Pecans

1-2 tablespoons of Bourbon

Directions:

Prepare your Pumpkin Pies as you normally do~

Make the Bourbon Glaze by adding the Caramel, Pecans and Bourbon into a medium pot and warming it all through.

Pour some of it onto one of the Pies, top it with the other Pumpkin Pie and pour the rest of the Bourbon Caramel onto the top of it….

Make sure that the Caramel is dripping over the edges for effect…

Slice it up as you would any other Pie~act as if nothing is over-the-top here…

Grab a plate for you…

And dig into that double decker, mile high, Pumpkin Pie tasty tower of delight! ~Enjoy! 🙂
