A HUGE thank you to Lucky Leaf for giving me the sweetest and yummiest opportunity to bring one of their scrumptious recipes to life!  This Cherry Pineapple Cabana Dessert takes our favorite tropical flavors and suspends them inside the best, most succulent cake dessert ever!  My favorite thing about this recipe is how easy it is, and how many happy people will get to enjoy it!  Everyone that tried it just loved the combination of tropical flavors.

So simple to make with an enormous flavor payoff.  You will be able to feed at least 15 of your closest friends a giant scoop of this warm and temping one pan wonder of a Dessert!  I will definitely be making this one again…very soon!  🙂

What you’ll need:

1-18 oz. box of Yellow Cake Mix

1-21 oz. can of LUCKY LEAF Cherry Pie Filling

1-20 oz. can of crushed Pineapple ..in juice (do not drain)

1 cup of Butter or Margarine..melted

1-17 oz. bago of shredded and sweetened Coconut

1 cup Macadamia Nuts…chopped

A 9×13 baking pan…sprayed with non-stick spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. In the prepared baking pan, layer undrained crushed pineapple, then Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top, smoothing evenly and covering the top. Pour the melted butter or margarine over the top, covering evenly. Top with the coconut and nuts. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until brown on top and bubbly. Let cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.   ~Enjoy!  🙂
