Do you ever wish you could have a simple Fall treat that didn’t require labor intensive pie making, batter slinging and all-around..err, work?  Well..you’re in luck!

These baked Apples scream fall flavor favorites with their super sweet, succulent cinnamon decadence!  In a matter of ‘minutes’ a.k.a..minimal effort, your table will be made complete and all your guests will be smiling from the moment you carry these babies out!

~The tender, baked apples are stuffed with smooth and gooey caramel, topped with butter, cinnamon and duhhh..Ice Cream~~  It’s total baked apple perfection In. Your. MOUTH!

New fall favorite…here you go!  🙂

What you’ll need for 2-4 medium to large baked apples:

2-4 medium.large Apples..your fave variety will work!

two caramels per apple

2 tbsp. butter..melted

1 tbsp. flour..not shown

1 tbsp. cinnamon

Graham Cracker Crumbs for crunch..optional!

Caramel sauce for topping..optional

Ice Cream for topping..but come on!

A shallow baking dish

Directions:

Slice the stem end off and scoop out the seeds and core, and place 2 caramels inside…

In a medium bowl combine the butter, cinnamon and flour, you can also add some of the apple middles if you’d like, mix well…

Pour the mixture into the apples, and all around the apples…

Bake them at 350 for approx. 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and gooey!

Let them cool slightly…they will look Ahhh~mazing!

Top with some of your fave toppings…like Ice Cream, and some of that sauce from the pan, and DIG IN!  ~Enjoy! 🙂
