I’m no stranger to all things spicy, especially when it comes to the spectacular jalapeño popper!  I think I’ve stuffed just about anything and everything I can think of inside those babies and I love each and every one of them!  However, sometimes you just need to switch things up and take those poppers in an entirely different (yet still delicious) direction.

This time, that directions is a sweet one!  Instead of those spicy peppers we all know and love to hate, this time I chose to use some mini sweet peppers.  They made the perfect little vehicle to get that cheesy, ranch flavored filling right into your mouth!

OMG~  I can’t tell you how amazing that one packet of Ranch Seasoning made these poppers!  Each roasted sweet pepper is stuffed with cream cheese, and gooey mozzarella, but it’s that Ranch flavor that just makes your mouth HAPPY!

Give these a try the next time you want to pop some poppers that don’t pop your head off in flames..lol!

~Make LOTS!

What you’ll need for approx. 40 poppers:

Sweet mini peppers ..about 20

1-8 oz. block of cream cheese at room temp.

1-1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella

1 packet of Original Ranch Seasoning packet

A food processor ,..or muscles!

Directions:

Into a food processor (or a bowl) mix up the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and the Ranch packet…

Blend until well combined…

Split each sweet pepper in half and fill them with the cheese mixture.

Bake them on a rack at 375 degrees for approx. 25-30 minutes, or until they’re gooey & golden!

Serve them warm~  ~Enjoy! 🙂

Here’s a quick video so you can see them in action!
