Well, grilling season is in full swing.  And one of my very favorite things to grill is Kabobs..any variety really, as long as it’s on a stick, simple to make and fun to eat..I’ll ‘Kabob’ it! 🙂

This time, those Kabobs are in the form of tender, pre-marintated and fully seasoned, ready-to-go Peppercorn & Garlic Pork Loin from Smithfield Foods!

These quick cooking Kabobs are infused with the perfect balance of peppercorn and garlic flavors, kicked up even higher in flavor by a quick sear on on the grill!  In a matter of minutes, you can have a whimsical, fun, and delicious meal on the table that the entire family will LOVE!

The grilled garlic fries are such a down to earth, yummy addition to this casual meal, and they add an incredible balance of flavor to that full-of-flavor peppercorn & garlic pork loin.

Fire up that grill, and whip up some of these Kabobs..get out on the patio and eat up!

What you’ll need:

One Smithfield Peppercorn & Garlic Pork Loin.. (or any flavor variety will work)

3-4 medium par cooked potatoes

4 cloves of garlic ..chopped

2 tbsp. veg oil

salt and pepper..to taste

A grill..indoor OR outdoor

Directions:

Par cook/bake the potatoes, just until they’re starting to get soft.  Let them cool a bit.

Chop up the garlic…

Slice the potatoes into fry shapes and toss them in the chopped garlic and veg oil..add in some salt and pepper to taste…

Slice the pork loin into approx. 1″ slices.

Skewer the Pork in a nice even layer, and grill them up with the potatoes.  Making sure that the meat is evenly cooked and fully cooked through…

Serve them up nice an hot with a sprinkling of parsley.  Dig in and taste the LOVE!  ~Enjoy! 🙂
