When I was challenged to create a game day recipe using Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked, it took me less than 2 seconds to say YES!

First of all, who doesn’t love a tasty challenge?  And ‘B’..who doesn’t love game day recipes?!  SOooo…here we are!

I came up with a scrumptious and healthy, yet sinful-“feeling” way to enjoy Tofu that no one will even realize is healthy.  You’ll never miss that unhealthy added fat and calories that typically fill your average nacho pile, ..NOPE never!

~With organic Nasoya Chipotle TofuBaked you’re feeding your friends and family only the best.

First of all, this fresh, flavorful, and top quality product made it easy to please literally everyone, while at the same time providing a wholesome, and healthy addition to what’s normally a not-so-healthy and wholesome snack…

~So shhh~ it’s our secret!  🙂

Whip up a batch of these spicy, hearty, and full of flavor nachos for the big game, and watch them (and possibly you) get tackled!

What you’ll need:

Tortilla chips…as many as you want~  want LOTS!

2-8oz. packages of Nasoya TofuBaked Chipotle Tofu

4 cups of canned vegetarian chili.. your favorite brand will work.

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

2 cups of shredded cheddar, and/OR pre-packaged soft cheese such as Velveeta

Sour cream, jalapeños, cilantro…for topping..to taste, and optional.

Directions:

In a medium pan, over medium heat, combine the chili, spices, and the diced Tofu.  Let it simmer until it reduces a bit and thickens up.

Place the chips onto a sheet pan in a single layer, and top it with the chili, then the cheese.  Bake it at 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and gooey.

Top the nachos with all of your fave toppings…

Turn on that game, and pounce!  ~Enjoy!
