So I found this recipe and your recipe using the Little Debbie Oatmeal sandwiches. I actually used this recipe but instead of a full size muffin I used the Little Debbie Blueberry Bites. I had some bites that were at their expiration date but did not want to throw them out. I took the little muffins and dunked them in the egg/milk mixture and put on my two sided griddle and smooshed the muffins between the two plates. They came out great and my husband loved them with a little butter and syrup. I think a sprinkle of powdered sugar would have been good too! Thanks for the idea!
