I love baking and cooking so I made them a 4 course meal one night and these were the appetizers.
I usually hate mushrooms, but my family loves them so I figured “why not”?

I don’t think i’ve ever had an actual beef wellington, so I can’t speak to how closely they resemble their expensive counterpart, but these were delicious!
It was a great recipe and I would gladly make them again!
