This will probably be the shortest recipe post ever..unless I fill the page with how these brownie bites are beyond amazing..so soft, chewy, chocolaty, and best of all dripping in white chocolate and juicy cherries!
And SO simple to make!

What you’ll need:
1 box of your favorite Brownie mix
1 cup of  Maraschino Cherry Juice (replacing the liquid ingredient that your box of brownie mix calls for)
White Chocolate Almond Bark
1 can of Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:

In a medium bowl, prepare the brownie batter.  Fill a muffin tin only about 1/3 of the way up and bake them at 350 degrees, until they are cooked through.  Let the brownie bites cool.
Melt the Almond Bark over a double boiler and spoon some over each brownie.  Top with some Cherry Pie Filling and let set up!

That’s it!  Now you’re ready to bite down through the sweet and tangy cherries, into the creamy white chocolate..and then sink into the most soft and chewy brownie ever!

~Enjoy!  🙂
