Deck the Halls with tons of yummy treats..fa lalalala la la la la!!  Yep, it’s the time of year for decadence..no shortcuts, real butter and giant desserts gosh darn it!  ??

January 1st.until the 15th following year, is the time for calorie counting resolutions, so until then eat up!  And I can’t think of a dessert more delicious than this one, worthy of trading the top button of your pants for!  ????

Before the “turn-over” 🙂

This is a must-have menu item for your holiday table..it’s a crowd pleaser, and so easy!  It is adult only though, as it’s literally dripping in sticky Rum! 🙂 ?

And after the “turn-over”..whew!  Mmmm!

What you’ll need:
For the HOT BUTTERED RUM..make this first and set aside to cool!?????
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar??
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups rum
Bring all of the above to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes..and cool!
FOR THE BREAD PUDDING:??
1 can of Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
The cooled Hot Buttered Rum

Mmm! Hot Buttered Bread Pudding!
Directions:
Bake up the biscuits and cut each one into fourths????
In a large bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix very well, stir in the cooled buttered rum, and gently fold in all the cut up biscuits!  Let them soak while your oven pre-heats to 350, and transfer the bread pudding to a deep baking dish.  Dust the bottom of the baking dish with a coating of brown sugar!
Bake for approx. 45 minutes..or until a knife comes out clean.
Let it cool and turn it over onto a serving dish..scoop some out and enjoy the decadence! :)?
