I love artichokes and I think I would really love this method.

Thank you!! The flavor is beyond description..a few of the leaves will fight back, but the rest of them are just like eating an incredible potato chip..hope you give them a try!! 🙂

I’ve been eating artichokes since I was a little girl but this is the first time I’ve seen anything like this. Deep frying artichokes. Pure genius. Absolutely so.
