Amy, the quickest and best ganache recipe I have found is very easy. 3 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips in large bowl. Heat 1 cup of whipping cream just until small bubbles appear on the rim of the pan. Pour over chips and let sit until chips have melted, then stir. You have a wonderful consistency. The best part is, if you want to, you can whip this for a decadent frosting since you have used whip cream. Great either way. My Mom’s fav is Boston Cream, you can be assured this will be made in a 13 x 9 pan with both boxes of pudding. Nummy nummy in the tummy.
