I made it this morning. My mom, daughter, and sister loved them. So did I!

I had to do it a little different because I did not have maple syrup or sugar. I know right, sugar? No sugar. I read the reviews first and these are the adjustments I made:

2 cups for corn syrup (my favorite brand), a little more than 1/3 cup brown sugar, to that I also added a teaspoon of vanilla and about 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Then I sprinkled them with cinnamon while they were cooling. I mixed 4oz of cream cheese with 2 tbsp butter to put on top! Wow, it was phenomenal!

This dish sounded impossible to make, but it turned out great!

Thanks so much for sharing! I appreciate you.

This recipe needs to be revised! It doesn't specify how many dumplings in pan at once and for how long to cook. My batch was a huge disaster! :(
