Have you ever found yourself craving a warm, fluffy vanilla biscuit but felt mentally torn because you also wanted a slightly sweet, rich chocolaty biscuit too?  No, you say?  Well read on anyway..haha!

Just in case you ever do find yourself in that kind of a big biscuit bind, you can now be prepared!   Luckily, I was prepared when that kind of tasty torment took over, and  now I can share all the glory of a swirled Marble Biscuit with you!  A biscuit that’s all things to all people..everything to everybody!  🙂

Much like those swirled ice cream cones we used to enjoy as fickle adults children, these biscuits offer the best of both worlds with every buttery bite!  Vanilla & Chocolate is a pairing that’s just plain meant to be together every chance they can.

These easy and gorgeous biscuits have such a subtle sweetness, and unique flavor that’s perfect for the morning, or as a side with any meal of the day!  Each bite offers a new surprise of vanilla/chocolate goodness!  Make a batch and have everyone smiling all at the same time for once..lol!  😉

What you’ll need for 6 ginormous Marbled Biscuits:

2 Cups Bisquick Mix

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder (I used unsweetened..but if you like a sweeter biscuit, use sweetened Cocoa)

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

2/3 Cup Milk

Butter for topping

2 Medium Bowls, a medium ice cream scoop & a baking sheet

Directions:

Make a “chocolate bowl” and a “vanilla bowl”

Into the Chocolate bowl add: 1 cup of Bisquick, the Cocoa Powder, 1/3 Cup Milk..mix well!

Into the Vanilla bowl add:  1 Cup of Bisquick, the vanilla extract, 1/3 Cup milk..mix well!

Now add both bowls of dough into one bowl and knead them together slightly, making sure not to blend them too much or your pretty swirls will disappear!

With an ice cream scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheet!

Bake them for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees, until they’re cooked through.  Slather those warm babies with butter and a light sprinkling of sugar.  Sink your teeth into the best of both Biscuit worlds ever!  ~Enjoy!  🙂

*A HUGE CONGRATS to my loyal reader Sarah Carletti!!  Sarah won the dry ingredients needed to make enough of these warm, buttery biscuits for 20 of her closest friends..LOL!

Thank you to everyone for participating..and there will be more fun “quickie giveaways” to come!  🙂
