In reply to Sandra May. I stuffed them and then grilled them. The skin gets charred and for a die hard New Mexican like myself it's no problem! BUT..it's easy enough to peel away if you so desire! :)

I have a question about the green chili cheeseburger. Are you peeling the green chili before roasting them. We have tried roasting them and then peeling but it’s very hard to stuff them that way. Thanks for all you help.
