I think the candy and maple versions you posted would be a little too sweet for me. Any way you can make just plain cinnamon apple chips, without all the syrups added? Just sliced apples, and cinnamon and sugar on top, and baked?

Some recipes I’ve seen say the apple loses its natural apple taste in the oven.
