Sounds good, I do something along those lines. I make sausage gravy and chill it until it is kinda solid, then wrap the a biscuit around a spoonful. Bake the biscuits for 12 min. I then cook some hashbrowns until brown and crispy and put on top, then top with whole eggs. Cove and bake another 12-15 min., uncover top with more gravy and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the over just until cheese is meltie. yum um

These look really good and they have given me a starting point to try making cheeseburger monkey bread. I'm going to try frying some hamburger and stuffed the biscuits with cheese, hamburg and some dill pickle to see how that comes out. Then make a sauce out of mustard, ketchup and mayo to dip them in. How does that sound?

OMG- I just made these and they are sooooo good. I tried a few different cheeses. I did the velveeta a definite favorite. I also did some with velveeta and ham. Then to be totally diffrent i did some with just Brie and then some with Brie and sliced apple on it.Next time i might add a little cinnamon to the apple. I think that with some white wine sounds yum.Anyway great recipe. Oh one more thing, I used just one can of the Grand buttermilk biscuits and divided each biscuit into two pieces. It worked well.
