					<description><![CDATA[When I was young I lived in Pittsburgh, PA.  There was a restaurant near the old airport called Tambellini&#039;s.  They served their fried zucchini just like this.  It came piled high as a mountain to the table with fresh lemon and Parmesan to sprinkle on top.  SO good.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Made these tonight! With the lack of breadcrumbs in the house I substituted flour, but still kept the panko.  They were amazing! I think next time I will use a mixture of fine breadcrumbs and flour just because I lost so much panko to the bottom of the fryer.  You are right thought; never going back to the old way.  My son said &quot;delicious and coming from a kid who doesn&#039;t like zucchini. Much better than the thicker mushy zucchini you used to make&quot;.  Keeper!]]></description>

Yes...hover your cursor over each section, and you will have the option to delete anything you don&#039;t need.  When the site is revamped, printing will be much easier.  :)]]></description>
