[…] Peanut Butter Lava Cookies: If you’re looking to make easy peanut butter cookies, look no further than this recipe for peanut butter cookies. Not only are they a snap to make, they’re unlike any peanut butter cookie you’ve ever made, in the best way. Just three ingredients, and you get molten peanut butter goodness. Mmmmmm. When you say 'real PB' and then say 'JIF' that confuses me. REAL NATURAL PB ingredients are "peanuts and salt". JIF contains ingredients to keep the oil from separating plus other ingredients including corn syrup. I haven't baked this item but if I used MY 'regular PB', an unsalted organic PB, I'm pretty sure it would dry out during baking since the oil separates even at room temperature. I have to stir the jar every time I use it and by the time I'm at the bottom of the jar, it's pretty dry peanut butter.
