Even though I’m the Queen of sugary shortcuts, once in a while a recipe/method pops into my head that’s SO darn easy, it’s almost embarrassing..even for me! …almost! 🙂
This could quite possibly be one of those recipes. I really can’t even call it a recipe, it’s more like a duh cookie moment..lol!
These Root Beer Float Cookies will have you so deliciously confused, you won’t know if you should bite it or stick a straw in it and start slurping!
Whatever you do to them..get them in your mouth, you will LOVE them!
What you’ll need:
Sugar Cookies..I used Pillsbury
Root Beer Extract
Add a few drops of Root Beer Extract to the Frosting and mix it well.
Pipe some Frosting onto each Cookie and top it with a Cherry.
I wish I could say it takes more than that…but errr..it doesn’t!
