These look absolutely AMAZING!!! I just saw you post this on Facebook. I am so pinning this to make later. Finally, a cookie with no chocolate that my daughter will eat.(Daughter #2 hates chocolate minus Oreos since that’s not real chocolate. lol)

my question is not a comment but if I was to us the whole box of cake mix would I have to double or triple the other ingredients cause I usually make more then 12 cookies

In reply to DKJ. I simplified the recipe to make a bit more sense~ Simply use ONE CUP of any cake mix flavor you like. :)

Thanks for posting this. Yes, I too am confused as cake mix is listed twice. Cake mix is added at two different times, following these instructions. We first sift it in with the baking soda, etc. Then we add more to the dry ingredients? None of the comment responses clear this up. Could you please? Thanks!

Perhaps you could re-write the instructions and omit the ‘options’. The alternative options can then be listed last as ‘substitutions’…at the end of the recipe. I was confused too. Maybe this would help. Thanks!
