I didn’t know if it was possible to use p-tarts this way. I had thought of crushing them and adding some butter then topping with cheesecake batter so I am glad someone else tried it first! I will try a version using the brown sugar cinnamon ones and topping with warm blueberry.

My husband is going to love this… omg… I can’t eat it, allergic to peanuts, but I am guessing this could be switched out for any pop tart flavor?

Thank you!! My spoiled rotten children have decided (after I bought 10 boxes on sale) that they don’t like the peanut butter poptarts! How can you NOT like them. I’d eat them all myself if they wouldn’t take up permanent recidency on my hips!!
This recipe is just what I was looking for!
