The Rogue brewpub in Astoria, Oregon has these, but they call them Irish Nachos. Like everything, food or drink, that Rogue does, they are delicious, as I’m sure yours are.

looks so easy to do after a busy day, and what child and/or adult doesn’t like tator tots. I would add hamburger meat to the cheese sauce to make it more interesting.

Ohmygosh I can’t wait to try this! What an awesome idea! I love tater tots, and I love nachos, but I never would have thought of putting them together!
