True…I liked unsweetened to balance all the sweet, but you can alays use a Sweetened cocoa powder, it’s really just for looks. )

I don’t think it really matters what brand it is, any type of white baking chocolate will do.
I’m a bit more worried about the cocoa powder, to be honest…it doesn’t exactly have the best taste in the world in its raw form. :/
