In reply to Amy. Ran across this recipe from a web search. I will be trying this also, but I think about 1.5 lbs of leftover smoked pulled pork shoulder, chopped sorta fine and mixed in is going to be outstanding.

Looks amazing! What size was the box of cornbread you used? We use the little blue box, but its just that it’s “little.” Wasn’t sure if I needed more than that.
