I was making them at my boyfriend’s house and realized he didn’t have a muffin pan. So, I made them into buffalo chicken pillows instead by folding the dough all the way around the chicken mixture. I brushed a little bit of melted butter on top. Turned out really good still! I added a little bit more chicken to my mixture and next time I would use a little less buffalo sauce because the brand I used (Moore’s Buffalo Wing Sauce) was a bit overpowering. Great recipe!
