					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made these &#038; they are delicious!  I do secure my bacon with the toothpicks, yet, I still have trouble with it almost completely melting/cooking away! I&#039;ve actually cooked these in the oven AND on the grill &#038; have the same problem at both places. I double-checked the recipe to see if you were using extra thick bacon but it doesn&#039;t look like you are....  I&#039;ve also tried to pay attention to my temperature &#038; I really don&#039;t think I&#039;m out of range in that area.  Do you have any helpful suggestions to offer???  (Also....I have substituted fresh pineapple for tater tots &#038; it is to die for also!  ....&#038; it helps keep carbs down!!)]]></description>
