The only reasons I can think of for the Sugar not sticking is either~  The Oven wasn&#039;t hot enough, or the jalapeños created too much moisture.  Other than that, the brown sugar should stick just fine, and candy itself onto the bacon and Pineapple!   I LOVE the idea of jalapeño though..and I&#039;m tempted to try it..haha!  :)]]></description>

Though it was yummy, it wasn&#039;t as good as it could have been and definitely didn&#039;t look anything like your picture. Any thoughts as to what went wrong? Oh we did do one small modification. We took jalapeños and sliced them ling0ways and included that jalapeño spear along side the pineapple under the bacon wrap.]]></description>
