I just watched a guy eat about 12 of these. No joke. He was crying by the 8th one, but he just kept going. A real champion, if ever I've seen one.

There's a restaurant called Love and War Over (or in, maybe) Texas. They do a Habanero Challenge where they stuff the peppers with cream cheese that's been mixed with a capsaicin hot sauce (Like Dave's Insanity). You have to eat 5 of the little hell balls in 10 minutes. You get a picture on the wall, a T-Shirt, and a BIG glass of milk. You need it!

I've been growing them for years, but have never done this.
They look delicious, what's the most someone was able to put away? I think I could do 3, maybe! LOL

How does this sound to you... Philadelphia makes something called snack delights, they're flavored cream cheeses, I have a milk chocolate in the fridge, but I think they also make a dark (which I think would work better)
Hows about you stuff a habby with that(or mix cocoa with cream cheese)? I don't know how much floral undertones are left after frying them, but if not much, perhaps even mixing some cinnamon into the chocolate cream cheese and do a take on Mexican hot chocolate (dessert poppers)

Now you always do a beautiful presentation,so I was thinking one of your chocolate drizzles to finish it off, but then the idea of a dusting of cinnamon & sugar popped in my head... perhaps you could do both if it lights up your taste buds!!

looking forward to the pics ;)
