I made up my own french bread recipe, then when I rolled it out (and before I rolled it up) I loaded it with garlic, butter, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, Italian seasoning, and paprika & parsley for color. Then rolled it all up and baked it. DELICIOUS!

Made 12 of these for a work party and they were a huge hit. I suggest baking them wrapped in foil so the top half of the bread doesn’t get too crusty and overdone.
