Forget the blueberries. Just sprinkle some heavy sugar on top before baking. When finished baking and cake has cooled for about 20 minutes sprinkle again with heavy sugar using more this time. Sugar cookie heaven.

I have to tell you– My boss always asks me to bake stuff for him (tags me in recipes he finds on Facebook all the time). And, usually I just roll my eyes because I can never find the time. He tagged me in your post on Facebook and, yes, I rolled my eyes (out of habit). However after reading your instructions, how could I not make this? Thanks for sharing!

This is an absolutely beautiful cheesecake, I love your stunning pictures. Blueberries are fantastic for weight loss, we will be making this on Saturday for a dinner party.
