One thing that makes me stressed is worrying whether I left the oven/stove on. For this same reason, I don't like to leave the house with a slow cooker turned on, because I don't know if I'll be home in time. This would be perfect for me and would take away the stress, knowing I had full control of the crockpot and could turn it off if I'm going to be late.

I'm a full-time student who tries (TRIES) to eat healthy (except I love bread. And cake. And mac n' cheese. And...everything). Making meals ahead of time is pretty much the only thing that keeps me on the right track. Except when I have such long, crazy days that I don't get home in time to cook anything and resort to eating boxed cereal. My last crockpot up and died on me so it's been Lucky Charms city ever since!

I have goofy clocks in my house. They seem to jump from 2pm to 5:45pm in 3 seconds. At 2:00 I'm thinking about what to fix for dinner. The next minute I wonder what I can fix for dinner in 15 minutes! Frozen chickens do not roast in 15 minutes. My diabetic husband needs meals on a schedule. I have been thinking that crock pot meals might be the answer to out smarting the goofy clocks in my house. Dinner goes in in the morning and I don't have to think about it until 5:45!

I made some awesome honey garlic chicken thighs in the crockpot but was not there to turn it off at 6hrs because unexpected patient visits made me much later and they were not awesome by the time I finished work and got home, so sad. I would love to have the ability to control the crockpot from my phone. I am a home health nurse and travel a lot so I never know how long I am going to be gone. thanks so much
