I bought a donut pan, maybe I’ll try these, with out the sugar on top, and with a better choice of flour. Now, if you were to fry up some bacon, dry it with paper towel, mince it up and put some in this batter, I think it would be pretty tasty. Since these weren’t fried already. OMG, you did make fried donuts, I just noticed, well at least you made both.
