I saw another couple recipes like this, one replaced oil and water and the other just the water. Did you keep the oil or no?

Has anyone tried this with a lower fat ice cream? Haven’t tried the recipe yet, (will today!) but it sounds delicious!

Who makes the Snickerdoodles ice cream that you use in the Ice Cream batter cupcakes, I have never seen it before, but I will look for it if you can give me a Brand name that makes it, Thanks, plus I would love to try this recipe, your way first. <3
