The BIG day of football is less than 24 hours away~  and it’s so funny because in reality..I could take it or leave it!  I just love the opportunity for the many over the top food creations that it offers, and of course, I’m never above contributing to it..lol!

But this time, I actually had the game in mind when I created this totally terrific twisted pile of goodness, because the game can cause frustration, and frustration can cause hunger!  ..and I’m here to help calm you down! 😉

Each tater twist is crispy and tender with the best, most subtle kick from the Sriracha that lingers on your taste buds!  Make a giant pile the next time thou want to make LOTS of people very, very happy!  🙂

What you’ll need:

A Spiral Slicer found here  >> SPIRAL SLICER

4-6  medium Potatoes

Sriracha..as much as you can handle

1/2 cup Flour

Salt and Pepper to taste

Oil for frying..I used Canola

Directions:

Peep the Potatoes, if you desire!  Spiral slice them up!

Pat them dry with a papery towel!

Randomly drizzle them with Sriracha~  you can go crazy OR not!

Dust them with a light and even coating of Flour…

Drop a pile of them into the hot (350 degrees) Oil…

Let them cool and drain a bit on some paper towel…

Pile them up and climb that curly mountain of magnificence!  ~Enjoy! 🙂
