Natalie, I&#039;m Italian and we don&#039;t make lasagna with bechamel sauce. It depends in which region of Italy you were born in. I was born in Calabria and we only ever made meat lasagna with mozzarella. We never used ricotta or anything like that unless we added spinach. What we did add though are shredded hard boiled eggs to the layer of mozzarella. Even people born in a different town of Calabria would make it different then we do.]]></description>
