That theory is up for debate.  I think alcohol cooks out of dishes where the alcohol can evaporate, sauces,,etc. Suspended inside a cake batter, Im not sure where it would go..but that&#039;s just my unscientific theory..lol!  For this cake, the alcohol, divided throughout the cake even if it stays.. is minimal.  :)]]></description>
