Mine stayed crispy inside a covered container for a LONG time! Put a sheet of paper towel between the layers to keep them separate, and you should be good! Fingers crossed..lol! And enjoy your fall fair..sounds like fun! :)

I love your recipes! I am making a few from your site this weekend as it is our fall fair and our house is next door to the fairgrounds. I am anticipating several people stopping by throughout the day on their way to the fair. I was wondering how the funnel cake cookies hold up throughout the day? I am dying to make them but want to get all my baking done in the morning. Will these be still crisp and tasty after a few hours or do you have to eat them warm?
