A warm glazed sugar cookie, gets slightly crispy and chewy, as it lovingly snuggles a fluffy, cinnamony, cinnamon roll, in the most decadent, whimsical, and tasty, culinary-cooke collision EVER!

Make LOTS!

What you’ll need:

Sugar cookie dough

cinnamon rolls

a ‘cupcake-ish’ baking pan 

Instructions:

Slice the cookie dough into 2 approx. 1.8″ slices, and place a raw cinnamon roll between them, gently working the dough around the cinnamon roll with your *clean* hands…

Place each stuffed cookie into the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20  minutes, OR until they’re evenly golden and firm to the touch…

Let them cool, and drizzle them with the enclosed cinnamon roll icing…

Mooove OVER waffles.. fried chicken has upgraded!

Yep, that’s right… fried chicken has found a new, a softer, a sweeter, a fluffier, place to lay its head wing, and once you try this, there’s no going back to that regular-shmegular dry waffle! 

At first glance, this combo might seem a wee bit extra, BUT.. just give it one bite.. one savory, sweet, tender, crunchy bite~ and you too will be a new fan!

What you’ll need:

Uhhh.. you need fried chicken, and cinnamon rolls! mmhmm.. that’s IT!

Instructions:

Uhhh.. just stick some fresh fried chicken down into a fresh cinnamon roll, and drizzle the whole shebang with some cinnamon roll frosting. 

Serve warm, take a bite, die, go to heaven… repeat! ~Enjoy! 🙂

Well, it’s probably pretty obvious where my inspiration for this crazy creation came from.. yep, errr.. Taco Bell!  Good old, time-tested, snack-infested Taco Bell, with all its glorious guilty pleasure goodness. I thought it would be fun to dessertify that crunch wrap and swat the meat for um.. a cinnamon roll!  

You really can’t go wrong with an ooey-gooey cinnamon roll, lovingly smushed between crispy-crunchy salty chips and a toasty tortilla can you? .. Nope!

So here we are, staring collectively at a culinary collision of epic crunch wrap proportions, and your lips will thank you!

When you bite through that crispy tortilla and through the crunchy, salty, chip.. and then sink into a warm, tender, melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon roll that’s dripping in frosting.. you will then know what heaven tastes like!

What you’ll need;

1 container of cinnamon rolls (8 count)..the small ones, not the GRANDS!

flour tortillas.. one per wrap

round tortilla chips.. 2 per wrap

2 tbsp, veg oil

cinnamon  and/or powdered sugar for dusting..optional

Directions:

bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package instructions, and set aside to cool.

add a dollop of frosting to the center of the tortilla, and place one chip on it…

then place a cinnamon roll onto the chip..

and then add one more chip onto the cinnamon roll…

Gently fold the tortilla around the cinnamon roll…

and set them aside seam-side down to hold them in place…

Now heat up the oil in a shallow pan, and place the wrap, seam-side down…

until they’re golden and crisp…

And then DIG  IN! ~Enjoy! 🙂

I’ve been in love with all things spring rolls lately, and when I say ‘in love’, I mean TRUE LOVE!  Like spring roll-love in all forms,.. steamed, cupped, rolled, and ,, yes… FRIED!  Something super magical happens when that simple paper-thin, rice wrapper hits the hot oil, and right before your eyes, simple becomes something absolutely amazing!

This time, that ‘amazing thing’, is the good-old cinnamon roll!  Yep~  a sweet, tender, gooey, buttery, cinnamon roll is snuggled tightly inside a flash-fried, super light & crispy spring roll wrapper, creating the BEST dessert you’ll ever have.. no lie!

At first you’ll crunch through the lightest, airiest, crispiest, crunchiest shell EVER.. and then literally, sink down deep into the softest, most melt in your mouth cinnamon roll that has ever existed.  One sweet plunge deep inside some creamy frosting and you’re done~ I’m not exaggerating, not AT ALL~  Go do this, and in a matter of minutes.. you’ll believe me!  🙂

What you’ll need:

1 container of Cinnamon Rolls with enclosed frosting~  OR you can whip up your own.  Either is equally as delicious!

Spring Roll wrappers.. Rice wrappers

oil for frying~  

Directions:

Dip the wrappers into warm water for approx. 5 seconds…

Place the cinnamon roll in the center of the wrapper…

Roll it out just a bit…

Nice and tight..

Then fry them, one at a time in the hot (350 degree) oil, just until they’re golden, and firm enough to safely dip deep inside that amazing frosting!

Ohhh… yeahhhh! 

Serve them warm…

One isn’t enough…

Happy Taco Tuesday everyone!  YES! .. A day dedicated to Tacos~  ahh.. what a time to be alive!  

Today, I thought it would be fun to ditch the beef & cheese (I know that ‘s crazy talk.. but hang on) .. and bring on some cinnamon roll taco treats!  

Each bite of the warm, cinnamon-crusted cinnamon roll is succulently stuffed with warm apple pie filling and fills your mouth and soul with the most deliciously sweet taco-combo EVER.

It’s true.  I’ve taken a cinnamon roll, and taco-fied it.. then filled it with apple pie goodness, whipped topping, generous drizzles of cream cheese frosting, caramel, .. and white chocolate curls.. Oh Lawd!

Uhmmm YEAH!  All I can say is.. MAKE LOTS! 🙂

What you’ll need:

1 container of cinnamon rolls (8 count).. with enclosed frosting

1 can of apple pie filling

1 cup cinnamon sugar.. mixed to taste

caramel topping

white chocolate.. made into curls if you’d like

oil for frying

Directions:

Roll out each cinnamon roll..

Fry it in shallow oil just until evenly golden on both sides…

Gently & carefully fold the hot cinnamon roll into a taco shape, of place it over the edge of a plate or cake pan to form the shape.. then toss both sides evenly into the cinnamon sugar mixture…

Now warm up the apple pie filling, and fill those cinnamony taco babies up…

..top with some caramel…

..don’t forget the cream cheese frosting, and white chocolate curls…

AND some caramel… because YUM!

Have you ever tried a steamed cinnamon roll?  If not, you definitely need to.. it’s a came changer in the world of cinnamon rolls for sure!  I created this basic version, as one of my very first recipes ever, here on this site, and they’ve been my favorite method ever since.

Once you experience a melt-in-your-mouth, hot, gooey, almost wet cinnamon roll~ no other kind will ever quite measure up.  

The only thing I could think of to maybe improve this tasty treat is.. {..wait for it….} yep~ booze!  And by booze, I mean whiskey.. of course!

Each of these sweet, and tender cinnamony rolls are dripping in flavorful whiskey, and it’s a perfectly paired balance of flavors that will leave you making sounds that you never knew you had in you..lol.  Give them a try, .. trust me.

What you’ll need:

1 container of Grands Cinnamon Rolls (5 count)

5 oz. whiskey…divided.

cinnamon for topping.. optional

5 microwave safe glasses or mugs

Directions;

Pour 1/2 an ounce of whiskey into the bottom of each glass…

Place one cinnamon roll down into each glass…

Now, pour another 1/2 ounce of whiskey on top of the cinnamon roll..

Microwave them for approx. 4-6 minutes, or until they’re firm and you can see them slightly pulling away from the glass..

Top them with the enclosed frosting..

And a dash of fresh cinnamon if you’d like..

And sink down deep into that glorious, gooey.. goodness!

What you’ll need:

1 container of GRANDS! cinnamon rolls (with enclosed frosting).. 8 count.  If you use the regular cinnamon rolls (not GRANDS)..they won’t unroll, they’re more like a solid biscuit.

Oil for frying.. veg or canola work well.

1 cup of cinnamon/sugar mixed to your liking

Caramel  for dipping..optional

Directions:

unroll each cinnamon roll, and slice them down the center ..and then across into your preferred “fry length”..

Pile them up as your oil heats to 350 degrees…

Now fry them a few at a time, until they’re golden on all sides…

While they’re warm, toss them into the cinnamon/sugar.. making sure to generously coat them evenly…

Drizzle them with that enclosed frosting, and serve them up warm and gooey…

There will be more than enough to share, but that doesn’t mean you have to..lol!

You can eat them ALL and we won’t tell!  ~Enjoy!

What you’ll need for 8 Pies:

Small oven-safe 8 – 3″ oven-safe small bowls

1 container of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls (8count)

1 (2 count) box of Refrigerated Pie Crust

1-21 oz. can of Lucky Leaf Premium  Apple Fruit Filling and Topping

Directions:

Roll out the Pie Crus and use one of your little bowls to cut out each crust.  Place each crust dow into the bottom of the bowls, pressing gently.

Par-bake the crusts for approx. 10 minutes, remove to cool.  (I tried it par baked and not par baked..the par baked is BETTER!)

Now fill each Crust with a nice scoop of the Apple Pie Filling, just up to the top…

Top the filling with one Cinnamon Roll.

Bake them on a sheet pan for approx. 15 mites, or unit the Cinnamon Roll is golden and the filling is bubbly…

They will smell AHH~MAZING!

Let them cool so you don’t burn your tongue off…

Now you can drizzle them with that enclosed Icing….sigh…

We’ve all heard that timeless saying “less is more’ and sometimes that is true …  and then there are times when more is…more.

THIS is one of those times.  🙂

And what a delicious time it is.  Why?  Well, because we’re talking about cinnamon rolls.  Sweet, sticky, ooey-gooey, dripping in frosting cinnamon rolls.  And when it comes to cinnamon rolls, more is always more.

I’m talking about a giant cinnamon roll, the size of an average pizza…topped with melty cinnamon chips, and speckled with yep~ mini cinnamon rolls, because every pizza needs a topper…lol.

And let’s not forget about just a ‘little’ more frosting…

so it does ..this…

In a matter of minutes, you can impress everyone at the table as you serve this one of a kind, whimsical and delectable dessert pizza.

What you’ll need:

1-10″ pizza pan

2 containers of pillsbury GRANDS cinnamon rolls with included frosting

1 cup of cinnamon chips…optional

Directions:

Unroll each roll, and slice it down the center, evenly in half…

Now, simply spiral the cinnamon roll strips all the way around the pan, creating a giant cinnamon roll…

Top it with the cinnamon chips…

Repeat the process of splitting the rolls and this time create tiny cinnamon rolls, place them onto the pizza…

Bake it at 350 degrees for approx. 12-15 minutes.

Let it cool for a few minutes,..

Top the warm pizza with the frosting…

Take it all in…

Slice it up…

Plate it up…

You know those blossom cookies?  Those thick, warm, crunchy cookies with a melty chocolate kiss lovingly pushed down into the center?  They’re pretty good right?  Yes, they are, but as you know..I’m not into “pretty good” all that much..  I’m into flipping fantastic!  As proven here today with only TWO INGREDIENTS~  I promise, TWO – yes 2, ONLY 2!  ..lol

Might I present to you Cinnamon Roll Doughnut Hole Blossoms~

Yep, you read that right, I ditched the crunchy cookie, and opted for a fluffy, melt in your mouth cinnamon roll morphed doughnut hole to use as the receiving end of that melty chocolate kiss.  And O.M.G!

To say that you will literally sink down into the most delicious, delectable doughnut you’ve ever had, is an understatement.

Why? ..well, these aren’t just any doughnut hole, oh noooo.  These are Cinnamon Roll doughnut holes, so the flavor, is beyond, and don’t even get me started on the ooey-gooey, sticky cinnamon factor, all drizzled with cream cheese frosting~

Really..don’t get me started, or we might just be here a really..reeeaalllly loooong time!  🙂

~Make LOTS!

What you’ll need for 20 beautiful BLOSSOMS:

1 container of Pillsbury GRANDS Cinnamon Rolls (5 count)

20 Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses~  any variety

Oil for frying..I used Canola

Directions:

Simply pop open the rolls, and separate each roll into 5 equal strips, then roll each piece into a ball…

Until you have a bunch of balls…

Now fry the rolled cinnamon rolls a few at at time in the hot (350 degree) oil until golden.

While they’re fresh out of the oil, gently insert one kiss into the center of the doughnut hole…

Let them set up for a few minutes..

Then hit them with a generous drizzle of the enclosed frosting…

Let the frosting set up for a second or 2, unless you don’t mind sticky fingers..

Pop five one into your mouth and experiment heaven in your mouth!!
