I’ll keep this short and sweet, not because I’m lazy…

..but because I’m uhhmmm, energy efficient. 🙂  

Here I present to you Snickerstickers, just think “Potstickers” filled with Snickers.. and there you go! MAKE LOTS!

What you’ll need:

Egg roll wrappers (ROUND).. one per snickersticker

Mini Snickers, (NOT FUN SIZE) .. the 1″ babies.. one per snickersticker

oil for frying

powdered sugar for sprinkling

And a really good non-stick pan.. I suggest Tuxton

Directions:

In a medium pan, heat up approx. 2 tbsp. of oil

Place one mini Snickers in the center of a egg roll wrapper…

Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, and gently seal the edges VERY well…

Place them, flat-side down into the oil…

Cook them just until the bottoms turn golden brown…

Then pour in approx. 1/4 cup of water, and cover it with a lid for one minute.

Remove them from the pan, and let them cool just a bit…

Sprinkle them with some powdered sugar, and DIG IN! ~Enjoy! 

A little bit about the most incredible cookware I’ve ever had the pleasure of abusing using! This pan is nothing short of a miracle for me, as I added chocolate, caramel, oil, and umm sticky egg roll wrappers. NOTHING stuck~ I was able to clean up in about 15 seconds flat, and my frying shenanigans will never be a problem again!
