A dash of Paprika
S&P to taste
Directions:
Sprinkle the Bacon with some Paprika and crisp it up, let it cool and crumble it up..set aside…
In a large bowl mix together the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar, 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella, S&P, and the crispy Bacon..(making sure to reserve 1/4 Cup for the topping)
Transfer the mixture into an oven safe dish and top it with the remaining Cheeses, Bacon Crumbles and Pistachios..
Bake it at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden..
Serve it nice and hot…

My favorite and Christmas must have dip is my Granny’s pink horseradish dip. She made it every Christmas and I now make the same thing for my family holiday get together. Its a must have with our family. Can not actually get the pink horseradish in the jar anymore so I add red food coloring so it looks just like Granny’s. And now my 4 kids know how to make it and will carry on the tradition!

I love pumpkin pie dip. It is super easy. 1 can of pumpkin, 1 container of cool whip, & one packet of vanilla instant pudding powder. Mix and serve with Cinnamon Graham Crackers. It is so easy and yummy!

My go-to dip for the holidays is a Vidalia Parmesan Dip.
1 lg. Vidalia, chopped fine
1 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella
1 cup shredded parmesan (the good stuff, not the canned stuff)
1 cup lowfat mayo
Mix together and bake until bubbly and golden on top. So rich, but it is worth the splurge!
