This will take your Blueberry Muffins to a whole new level! 🙂

First: REMOVE the paper wrapper from the muffin..I won’t say why I feel this needs to be added as part of the instructions~Haha!  😉

Cut a blueberry muffin into 4 equal slices (see pic below), and dip each slice into a french toast coating mixture (1 lg. beaten egg and a splash of milk)
Grill each slice, on both sides until golden, as you would french toast!

Top with butter and syrup…and maybe a dusting of powdered sugar!  ~Enjoy!!

*HINT* This method can be used with any variety of muffin you can imagine! Banana Nut would be great..Mmm!
