Let’s face it, it’s not as if a Croissant needs any improvement, we all know that!
However, if there’s ever an occasion that needs to feel just a little bit extra special, here’s a delicious and easy suggestion!
Pop a can of Pillsbury Crescent Big & Flaky Dinner Rolls, spread out a dough triangle, and add a tbsp. of Cream Cheese in the center. Roll it tightly, and tie it into a knot (making sure there are no openings in the dough where the cream cheese could make an escape..see pics below!)
Heat about 3″ of Canola Oil in a frying pan and drop your knots into the oil, 2 at a time…they will puff up! Make sure and turn them over to fry the other side evenly! Drain on a paper towel!

*HINT* For a sweet version, add some cinnamon sugar to the cream cheese!
