Fair Warning..if you think you need 20 of these, make 40!  🙂

Such a simple and fun technique that is only limited by your own imagination!
In a bowl thoroughly combine~approx. 25 pepperoni’s cut into 4ths.
1Cup Ricotta
1Cup of Marinara (your favorite)
1Cup Shredded Mozzarella
dash of S&P
~This mixture will yield about 10-ish wontons..feel free to double it! 🙂
Take store bought Wonton Wrappers (square) and moisten the edges with an egg wash (one egg beaten with a splash of water)
..add a tsp. of the mixture to the center of the Wonton, don’t give into temptation and over fill them! 
Fold over into a triangle and seal the edges WELL, with the egg washed edges!
In a shallow fry pan add Canola oil (about 2″ high)
Slide in about 4 wontons at a time, and turn over to evenly fry each side!  NOTE: These fry up super fast, pay attention!!  :))
Drain on paper towel and sprinkle the tops with shredded Parmesan and Oregano, while they’re hot!
Serve with a side of Marinara for dipping! ~Enjoy!!

*HINT*  Use this technique and fill the Wontons with anything you can imagine..Nutella and a dusting of powdered sugar isn’t horrible!  LOL!
